Communication between dispatch and our drivers is of the greatest importance. Our customer's schedules change frequently, so driver contact is necessary to provide the service our customers expect. We require our drivers to call in regularly, and at any time when a situation arises which may affect on-time delivery or quality and quantity of the product being shipped.
To help maintain our professional image, a dress code needs to be in place. Shirts must have collars and sleeves, shorts are not allowed, jeans should not be faded, and athletic shoes or sneakers are not allowed in customer facilities. Hair should be neat and off the collar, and full beards and mustaches are allowed if nearly trimmed.
Drivers are provided with a benefit package that includes medical, dental, vision and life insurance. Drivers are also provided with paid vacation, safety incentives, and a voluntary 401k retirement plan. Drivers are also included in a quarterly awards program, based on qualifying criteria.

Additionally, we require the following information:
- Current DMV Printout (not older than 30 days)
- Copy of your Drivers license, social security card and medical card
- If your medical card has less than six months before expiration, you will be required to get a new one
- 10 year employment history. The work experience does not have to be all in truck driving. Some of our hauling is done in the state of Arizona and this is a requirement for intrastate or interstate commerce.
