Bob Meyer - Owner, President
Meyer Tomatoes was founded back in 1955 by Bob and his father Leo. As the business grew, it became apparent that a well run trucking company was needed to get produce where it needed to go. In 1967, Meyer Trucking was incorporated. Bob's vision for a growing trucking company is a reality, not only hauling Meyer produce, but just about anything else people want us to.
Kevin Bulot - CEO/CFO
Kevin has been in the transportation and distribution industry for over 25 years. He has led companies from 50 trucks and $15 million in revenue to as large as 1500+ trucks and over $100 million in revenue. Kevin has driven trucks, worked on them, dispatched and has been a controller. Over the years he advanced all the way to being the CEO of a large Senior Management team leading over 850 employees. He has a BS in accounting and used to own a public accounting firm.
Kevin is married with 4 children. He is from New Orleans, but has lived in California since 1997.
Donald Goodrich - Director of Safety
Don heads up our safety, compliance and human resources department. With over 35 years of transportation experience in rating, dispatch and safety, he assures that our drivers are well qualified, safe and provide the best transportation service possible. Don has worked with many state and federal agencies to assure safety compliance.
Don holds an MBA from California State University. He's also is a certified speaker for Operation Lifesaver which informs the public about the dangers of railroad crossing traffic accidents. He has one daughter who served in the Navy and is now attending college. He enjoys travel, reading and antiques.
Robert Peri - Controller
Robert, a native of Paso Robles/King City area, recently returned to the area and joined the Meyer Trucking team as the company’s Controller. A degree in accounting and 30 plus years of experience in accounting and business management with a variety of enterprises makes Robert a valuable addition to the management of this fast growing, dynamic transportation company. With his wife of many years, he has raised a son & daughter. Both are busy in their successful careers in electrical engineering and finance as well as following their family’s tradition of voluntary public service to their community.
